2. Lecturer – Art Education (Graphic Design)
3. Lecturer – Guidance and Counseling Education
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (APPLICABLE TO ALL POSITIONS)
- A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Applicants with a Research Master’s Degree in the relevant specialization may also apply.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated capacity for teaching, research, and supervision of students’ academic work.
- Evidence of peer-reviewed publications will be a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and modern teaching technologies is required.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Successful candidates will be required to:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Supervise undergraduate research and project work.
- Conduct impactful research and publish in reputable journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation.
- Participate in departmental and institutional responsibilities.
